But when this photo is used as big size then this method is not precise for the edge of the images.

In that case, graphic designer or image editor are using the Photoshop Pen tool so that the path quality around the subject is clear and can cut accurately. Here, it is mentioned that a part of the portion of an image is vital to provide a good-looking view of that subject. Using Pent tool is not a big deal for most of the Photoshop user but the experience is important, the more you practice, the more accurate result you can provide.
